Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Spacera ("Spacera", "we", "us"), the operator of tryspacera.com. When you use the Spacera platform, you are contracting with Spacera.

By accessing Spacera, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

Spacera is an AI-powered platform that helps e-commerce sellers find viral products, analyze Shopify stores, generate marketing content and build online stores.

We use AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity to power our features. AI outputs are suggestions — always use your own judgment before acting on them.

• You must be 18+ to use Spacera
• You're responsible for your account and password
• One account per person
• Don't share your account credentials
• Tell us immediately if your account is compromised

• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually)
• Payments processed by Paddle (our merchant of record)
• Prices shown in USD
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refund mechanics are described in our Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Spacera, with or without notice, if:

• You materially breach these Terms or our Fair Use rules
• Your account has unpaid or disputed charges
• We detect fraud, abuse, or a security risk linked to your account
• You repeatedly or seriously violate platform policies or applicable law
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority

Where possible we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy the issue. On termination, your right to use Spacera ends immediately and we may delete your account data subject to our retention rules.

• Credits are purchased separately from subscriptions
• Credits never expire
• Credits carry over if you upgrade
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits refundable within 14 days of purchase if zero credits used

Don't use Spacera to:

• Scrape or resell our data at scale
• Build a competing product using our outputs
• Automate thousands of requests per minute
• Violate any platform's terms (Shopify, TikTok, Meta, etc.)
• Do anything illegal

We won't be strict about normal usage — just don't abuse the platform.

Spacera generates content using AI. You own the content generated for your account.

We don't claim rights over your outputs.

AI outputs may not always be accurate — verify important information yourself. We're not responsible for business decisions made based on AI suggestions.

• Content you create with Spacera: yours
• Demo data and examples: ours
• Don't copy our UI or product

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details. We don't sell your data. Ever.

We aim for 99.9% uptime.

Occasional maintenance may occur (we'll warn you when possible).

We're not liable for brief outages.

Spacera is provided "as is". We're not responsible for:

• Revenue you didn't make
• Business decisions based on AI outputs
• Third-party platform changes (Shopify, TikTok, Meta)
• Data loss from your own actions

Maximum liability: amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms.

We'll notify you by email for significant changes.

Continued use = acceptance.
