Account data

Usage data

• Stores you analyze (to show your history)
• Products you save (to power your dashboard)
• Credits used (for billing purposes)
• Feature usage (to improve the product)

Payment data

• Handled entirely by Paddle
• We never see or store your card details. Ever.

Technical data

• IP address (security only)
• Browser type (bug fixing)
• Session data (to keep you logged in)

Only the tools that run the platform:

• Supabase (database — EU servers available)
• Paddle (payments — PCI compliant)
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity (AI processing — your prompts only, not your personal info)
• Resend (transactional emails only)

We don't sell your data. We don't share with advertisers. We don't share with data brokers.

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:

• Performance of a contract — to create your account, provide the Spacera platform, process your subscription, and deliver the features you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, debug issues, analyze aggregate usage, and improve the product. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Legal obligation — to retain payment and tax records, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and comply with accounting requirements.
• Consent — for optional marketing emails and any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

You have the right to:

• Export your data (email us)
• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of marketing emails
• Know what data we have on you
