1. Subscriptions
14-day free trial
No charge during trial. Cancel anytime before trial ends and you won't be charged.
Monthly subscriptions
14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your monthly plan, contact us within 14 days of being charged for a full refund.
Annual subscriptions
14-day money-back guarantee. Full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days: pro-rated refund for remaining months at our discretion.
2. Credit Packs
Refundable within 14 days if:
- You haven't used any credits yet
- You contact us at contact@tryspacera.com
Non-refundable if:
- Credits have been partially used
- More than 14 days since purchase
3. Lifetime Deal
Non-refundable after 14 days.
Within 14 days: full refund if you haven't used the platform more than 3 times.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@tryspacera.com with:
- Your account email
- What you purchased
- Why you'd like a refund
We respond within 24 hours. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days via Paddle.
5. Exceptions
We're human. If something genuinely went wrong on our end (bug, outage, billing error), we'll make it right regardless of the policy above.
